I grew up in Anacortes Washington on an island where I graduated early with honors. Through middle school, I enjoyed early on, working in wood shop. In high school, my enjoyment of the first CAD programs of design and engineering stole every bit of my attention. My first set of cabinets were installed in 1986. My experience in the industry grew into the installation field where I thrived at the thought, of how in just a few hours, I could turn a house into a warm, sensational , inviting home with the addition of cabinetry. In 1996 I moved to Bend Oregon and as I look back on the road I have traveled I can honestly say, I love what I do!
My hobbies have much to do with the beautiful outdoors our Creator has provided for us. Spring, summer and fall fills my time with hiking and camping. Wintertime finds me with a passion of snowmobiling and enjoying our amazing outdoors in a different setting.
As a team member of IDC I have a long background of insurance restoration management as well as spending almost 10 years doing award winning remodels in the Willamette valley. Having worked on many projects over my 22 year construction career, with some winning awards in the industry. I get my drive from building long lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and our IDC team that strives to make our client's visions come to life!
Early in my life as a youth my work philosophy was established. I had a manager that told me to treat my customers like they were my grandparents. Treat them with the respect they deserve. To do my very best to help my customers with their project and make sure it is done correctly.
My background consists of an extended career in managing audio/video and home automation projects for 18 years. The last several years have been spent in the remodel and disaster restoration field. When I do disaster repair work, I know people have had something very unfortunate happen right when they did not expect it. I take pride in helping them get their home back together as quickly as possible. To take as much of the worry out of the restoration project as possible.
As part of the Interior Design Concepts Team, my backgrounds consists of 12 years in Residential Construction, Real Estate and Home Lending in Oregon and Washington. I approach every customer as if I was in their place and I love being their go to person who makes sure that all of their questions are answered and concerns addressed.
My list of interests include reading, fishing, hiking and gardening. My favorite quote is "Do unto others as you would like them to do unto you."
I grew up on a small quarter horse ranch in Northern California where my parents owned a western wear and saddle shop. This is where my love for sales and detailed attention to customer service was brought to life. I relocated to Idaho 13 years ago looking for a better life for myself and my 4 children. It was the best decision I could have ever made. I have spent most of my career in the sales and service industry. Sales and customer service has always been a great passion of mine.
My hobbies are riding horses, photography and exploring the outdoor with my children, my grandchildren and german shepherds.

Hello, I am Erika and I have been with Interior Design Concepts LLC since July 2018. I am in charge of the office and accounts payable working from the Redmond office. I also manage the accounts payable for IDC's McCall office.
